What to bring
In order for us to perform notary services, you will need:
- To be here in person
- To bring a government issued ID (Driver’s License or ID Card, Military ID Card, Passport, Resident Alien ID Card)
- The completed documents you want notarized
- Any other indivudals (with proper ID as listed above) who will be signing
- Payment
Did you know?
Notary Publics are required by law in Washington State to keep a journal of all notarization services for 10 years. This information includes:
- The Date & Time of the notarization
- The Description of the Document or Act being notarized
- The full Name, Address & Signature of each person requesting the notarization
- A brief Description of the Identification Method
